Mark will be holding group fitness sessions at Scarthingwell throughout 2016 and is also available for 1 to 1 sessions.
Fitness Classes at your Club!
From March 2016 Lion Fitness will be running a weekly fitness class on a Monday morning at 10:30am. The class is available to all members and guests and is suitable for all fitness levels.
The workout last 45 minutes and incorporates a mix of body weight and resistance based exercise. It’s a great way to improve your fitness, health & strength in a fun and friendly environment.
The cost is £6 per class, or you can pay upfront for the month.
Personal Training at your home or at the club.
